The cable is designed for operation on local primary communications networks and communication lines with a nominal supply voltage up to 145 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz or a voltage up to 200 V DC. Laying in soils of all categories (except machining - in rocky soils), which is not subject to permafrost deformations, in high humidity conditions.

Structure of cables

1. conductive veins - a soft copper wire Ø 0.32; 0.40; 0.50; 0.64; 0.70 or 0.90 mm.

2. Polyethylene (PE) core insulation, continuous. Isolated nuclei, with a distinctly different color, are twisted into a pair.

3. elementary package - consists of 5 or 10 pairs. All pairs in an elementary beam have an individual color. The bundle fastening wrap is a synthetic thread or individual colored ribbon for each bundle.

4. The core of the cable consists of 5 or 10 elementary packages (in cables with a number of pairs up to 100 inclusive) or of main packages (in cables with a number of pairs more than 100). The bundle and core fastening wrap is a synthetic thread or ribbon of individual color for each bundle.

5. The free space between the cores in the core is filled with a hydrophobic aggregate.

6. Insulation of the belt - a synthetic tape (PET-E, PE, polyamide or polyethylene paper), applied longitudinally or helically. A layer of hydrophobic aggregate or water blocking tape is placed over the waist insulation.

7. Screen - longitudinally or spirally applied aluminum-polyethylene tape. A mower copper wire Ø 0.4 or 0.5 mm is placed longitudinally below the screen.

8. Shell - PE stabilized slightly.

9. Armor - flat strips of galvanized steel coiled with overlapping. Armor pillow - PVC tape.

10. Protective hose - stabilized PE light.
