Application

The cable is designed for operation in local primary communication networks and communication lines with a nominal voltage of remote power supply up to 145 V AC at a frequency of 50 Hz or voltage up to 200 V DC.
Laying in telephone sewers, in collectors, mines, along the walls of buildings and suspension on overhead communication lines, in conditions of high humidity.

Typical design

Cable structure

1. Conducting vein - a copper soft wire of Ø 0,40; 0.50; 0.60; 0.80 or 0.90 mm.

2. Core insulation - polyethylene (PE), continuous.
Insulated cores, sharply different in color, are twisted into a four. In each four, two veins located diagonally form a working pair.

3. Elementary beam - formed of 5 fours. All fours in an elementary bunch have an individual color.

4. The core of the cable consists of elementary 5 four-way bundles (in cables with the number of fours up to 50 inclusive) or of the main 25 or 50 four-way bundles (in cables with the number of fours over 50). The fastening winding of the bundles and core is a synthetic thread or ribbon of individual color for each bundle.

5. The free space between the cores in the core is filled with a hydrophobic aggregate.

6. Belt insulation - a synthetic tape (PET-E, PE, polyamide or paper-polyethylene), applied longitudinally or helically. A layer of hydrophobic aggregate or water blocking tape is laid over the waist insulation.

7. Screen - aluminum-polyethylene tape, applied longitudinally or helically. A tinned copper wire Ø 0.4 mm is longitudinally laid under the screen.

8. Shell - light stabilized PE.
