Application

The cable is designed for inter-office and subscriber communication lines with multiplexing transmission systems with time division of channels and pulse-code modulation with a transmission speed of up to 2048 kBit / s with a remote supply voltage of up to 500 V DC.
Laying in soil not subject to displacement and in areas not characterized by increased risk of damage by rodents, in conditions of high humidity.

Typical design

Cable structure

1. Conducting vein - a copper wire of Ø 0,64; 0.9 or 1.2 mm.

2. Core insulation - polyethylene (PE), continuous.
Four isolated cores are twisted into a four. In the four, two veins located diagonally form a working pair. The insulation of the cores of one pair is a natural color, the other pair is blue or another, different from natural.

3. Cordel (central element) - PE.

4. The free space between the cores in the core is filled with a hydrophobic aggregate.

5. Belt insulation - PE extruded.

6. Screen - aluminum-polyethylene tape, applied longitudinally. A tinned copper wire Ø 0.4 mm is longitudinally laid under the screen.

7. Shell - light stabilized PE.

Execution options

For suspension on the supports of overhead communication lines in conditions of high humidity, it is possible to manufacture a cable KSPZPt with a built-in cable.
