The cable is designed to transmit and distribute electrical energy in stationary installations to a rated alternating voltage of 0.6 or 1 kV of a frequency of 50 Hz.
Cables are used for laying in buildings and structures, which have high fire safety requirements (metro tunnels, hospitals, shopping centers, cinemas, etc.). The cables remain operational for up to 90 minutes when exposed to a flame, which makes it possible to supply electrical energy to equipment whose operation is necessary during a fire and to extinguish it (elevators, emergency lighting, power supply to water pumps of fire fighting installations and ventilation).
The cable is resistant to flame propagation in a single installation in accordance with clause 4.1 of DSTU 4809.
The cable corresponds to category A in terms of resistance to flame propagation under conditions of laying in beams according to clause 4.2 of DSTU 4809. The
cable corresponds to class Tk3 for toxicity of combustion products of non-metallic materials according to clause 4.3 of DSTU 4809. The
cable corresponds to class DTk1 in smoke generating ability of non-metallic materials in smoldering mode according to para. 4.4 DSTU 4809.
cable corresponds to the class DPk2 smoke-forming capability of non-metallic materials in the smoldering mode according to para. 4.5 DSTU 4809.
cable corresponds to the class of corrosion KK2 constant activity gases evolved during combustion nonmetal materials according to para. 4.6 DSTU 4809.
The cable corresponds to the Ek90 class for the ability to maintain the integrity of electrical circuits in the standard temperature regime according to clause 4.7 of DSTU 4809. The
cable corresponds to the FE180 class for the ability to maintain the integrity of electric circuits in a flame with a temperature of at least 750 ° C (fire resistance) according to p 4.8 DSTU 4809. The
cable complies with FME30 class in its ability to maintain the integrity of electrical circuits under combined exposure to a flame with a temperature of at least 830 ° C and mechanical shock macaw.
1. Conducting vein - copper single-wire or multi-wire, 1 or 2 class according to DSTU EN 60228 (IEC 60228)
2. Insulation - double layer:
- first layer - winding from mica-containing tapes;
- the second layer is a cross-linked halogen-free compound.
3. Filling - halogen-free compound;
4. Shell - halogen-free polymer compound of orange color (other color on request).
