Application
Special signal cable for mounting intercoms and video surveillance systems.
CCTV cable allows you to transmit video signals from cameras, intercoms and power for distances up to 100m without loss.
Typical design
Cable structure
1. Radio frequency cable:
1.1. Conductor: stranded copper with a diameter of 0.6 mm (7x0.2 mm).
1.2. Insulation: polyethylene.
1.3. External conductor: braid (not less than 90%) of copper wires with a diameter of not less than 0.08 mm.
2. Veins DP 2 * 0.5 mm square.
2.1. Stranded of copper wires.
2.2. Insulation: PVC compound.
3. Veins DP 2 * 0.22 mm square.
3.1. Stranded of copper wires.
3.2. Insulation: PVC compound.
4. RK and four wires of DP, differing in color, are twisted into a core.
5. Screen: aluminum-lavsan tape.
6. Runoff vein: copper stranded.
7. The general shell is made of special soft PVC plastic compound of gray color.
In the design with the letter "P", the shell is made of light stabilized polyethylene.
Installation and operating conditions
Temperature range of CCTV mini RG-59 + (2 * 0.50 + 2 * 0.22):
- during installation: -10 ° C ... +50 ° C;
- during operation: -20 ° C ... +60 ° C.
Bending radius: ≥ 10 cable diameters.
