Application

The cable is designed for indoor installation, installation of low-frequency station equipment at a voltage of not more than 120V.

Typical design

Cable structure

1. Conducting vein - a copper soft wire of Ø 0,32; 0.40; or 0.50 mm.

2. Core insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound (PVC).
Insulated cores, differing in color, twisted in a pair or three.

3. An elementary bundle consists of 5 or 10 pairs or triples. All pairs or triples in an elementary bunch have an individual color.

4. The core of the cable consists of elementary bundles. The fastening winding of the bundles and core is a synthetic thread or tape.

5. Belt insulation - a synthetic tape (PVC or PET-E), applied spirally.

6. Screen - aluminum foil or foil film applied spirally. A tinned copper wire Ø 0.4 mm is longitudinally laid under the screen.

7. Shell - PVC compound.

Execution options

For laying in bundles of cables, it is possible to manufacture a TSVng cable with a low-flammability PVC sheath, upon presentation of requirements for reduced smoke and gas emission - TSVng-LS with a PVC sheath with low smoke and gas emission.
